what mapping chips are available for this unit???i need south region,,,,texas...if anyone has one or knows where i can get one

A Navionics Classic chip is what your looking for. It's an older card and you will have to look around for one. I'd try Southwestern Parts and Service. http://www.southwesternparts.com/

if you cant find a navionics classic chip- you can use Lowrance MapCreate to make your own chip. this is what i used to have in mine, next to the classic chip.

I sold both of my 15mt units last year. I kept the "Classic" chip. Will look around and see if I can find it.
