Went by Academy today and saw that they started selling tungsten weights. Any body used these yet?

saw those the other day along with monofilament line, but no fluoro, and worm hooks.
they are a dollar cheaper than LFT weights, which I think is the cheapest academy sells.

I think it is great that they have their own brand but they had true tungsten on clearance at the Tyler Store. I don't see why they can't continue to sell the name brand stuff and let me decide what I want to buy.

Longview has them. You get one more per pack for the same price as TT up to 3/8 I think.

All they have at the Sherman store is 1/2 and 3/8. I buy the LFT tungsten and don't think the H2O were cheaper....

Guys, take a look at the inserts in the H20 versions. The inserts in the few I looked at the other day do not come to edge of the weight. You need to have the edge of the tungsten protected other wise its just a big razor blade waiting for your line.
