I try and keep my tackle shop visits (BPS, Cabelas, Academy) to under $50,...unless I'm really bdepressed.

i try and keep them under $50, too... but both are within 4 miles of my house so that tends to be a problem

Quite frankly, I don't want to know.
But with that said, I only spent $54.24 last night at Academy laugh

Let' see: $3000 on HDS stuff, $680 on rods and reels, $1000 or more on tackle, $14000 on used boat plus extras, Trucks paid for but got to add that too and a day on the lake away from work Priceless.
