Around the $100.00 range or less, what would you consider the best paddle for the money? And where can it be purchased?

I think you will find lots of paddles around the $40 price but then the price jumps to around $300 from what I've seen. It's metal/plastic at the low end and carbon fiber at the high end..

I had a seasense paddle that did the trick...

I don't always catch fish, but when I do, I prefer Dos Hybrids

We use the BB Whisper paddles in our demo/rental fleet and they've held up well to the abuse. Good paddle for the price:

Bending Branches Whisper

Another one, though I would recommend bumping up to would be the Bending Branches Slice Glass:

Bending Branches Slice Glass

With the sale coupon (HOLIDAY) it would drop the price of the BB Glass paddle down closer to the $100 mark.

I've got a nice Werner Skeggit. Fiberglass handle, composite blades. Light weight, strong and durable. I gave $125.
