Falcon just has a ton of 8-12 pounders. Fork has more top-end fish.

They are both great! This post is going to cause lots of fights cause the Fork business owners will defend Fork and vise versa for the Falcon guys.

Now, I live down in south Tx and fish Falcon at least once or twice a month, so Im going to be a little biased toward Falcon. However, I think that it is agreed upon by the majority of the fishing community, that Falcon has surpassed Fork as the best big bass lake in TX

Now, Fork is the all time traditional TX lake, but it has lost ground to Falcon in recent years as the secrete of Falcon has gotten out. Sure, Fork holds all the records; but just think about all the big fish throughout the years that went un-reported on Falcon. Im sure that somebody has caught a fish well over 20 lbs on that lake and just ate it! Also, without a weigh station for many years, officiall weights were not availiable even if people wanted to report the fish!

Trust me, we will start to see more and more sharlunkers and broken records from Falcon in yrs to come!

I agree with you but be carefull with comments like that around here. There are people here that will kill or die to promote Fork.
