We also have local retailers in several major cities in the US, Canada, and Japan. Please contact us at FiZonline.com to find a retailer near you.
I hope this helps. Please be safe on the water and try to make this the best fishing season ever.

Ernest, I flew over the FIZ website and watched the video.....impressive! Have you or anyone you know used this product on the stripes or whites with any success? Rigged on What? Looks to me like a guy could shove one of these babys up the _ss end of a sassy shad and go to town! Wadda think? Rick

I wouldnt see why it woudl nto work on whites and striper, etc.. but they DID only show LMB in that video. Maybe they are just trying to hit that specific market?? Seems like it should work for anything.

The only thing I can see that would hinder using it on sandies, strypers, and hybrids is the fishing methods. When I fish for these I usually troll or use a quick retrieve method. It seems to me for the best results from this product, you need to use a slow fishing method.
Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity. Patton

I am always impressed with the creativity I see in this forum! The FiZ pellet can be used in an almost limitless number of applications but our initial focus has been the bass fisherman. However, I have been informed that FiZ placed in front of a live minnow (shiner) the catching improves significantly. Crappie (and bass) certainly like the noise of FiZ and react well to the pellet. But sandies and stripers are more reaction (schooling) bites I think than the feeding bites of bass or crappie. I would be very interested in feedback from you guys on this topic - I am not nearly as old as Ernest and I can be taught new tricks.

I would think when the bite is tough, and if you are fishing with a slab or jigging spoon, you could peg The Fiz just above the slab and barely move it. Probably a helping hand when the fish are moving from their summer to winter patterns. Sometimes, you have to keep that slab only inches off the bottom and just barely twitch it. Might make the bite a little easier. Plus, I've had times when I've had to just barely drag that slab right along the bottom.

Jeff pretty well sums it up when I see the Fiz pellets being most effective on Stripers. This time of year they tend to suspend and become lathargic. In years past we have been able to excite the bite during these conditions by beating the water with a varity of racket making methods. I haven't had the chance yet, but I am convinced this noisy little pill dropped right in front of their face and held there, should have the same result. Jeff, did you see Ernest's slab rigging with the Fiz pellet? He used a cotter pin and locked it directly onto the slab. I think he had it in the hook eye?? Also this time of year easing a horse head jig slowly along the bottom is a very effect big striper getting method. As slow as I work that horse head jig, I would suspect the FIZ pellet should be effective. I was simply going to lock the pellet into the same eyelet I tie my main line to, using a cotter pin like Ernest showed with the slab. ------------------ Mike www.WhiskerKitty.com

Mike, I did see Ernest's approach. However, I'm usually a little shy about tying up my hook like that. Not that it really matters if you don't catch anything like me anyway. But, it looks like it might be more work than I'm willing to put into it too. LOL You have to take the hook off...thread on the fiz...lock it down with the cotter pin...Put the hook back on...LOL I was thinking the Carolina Keeper method. Slide your C-Keeper on, slide your Fiz behind that, tie on your slab. Voila !! Instantaneous Fiz-Slab. One other thing about The Fiz. And I am by no means a chemist...but, I wonder if it's possible to make those little pellets a little more pliable. If they would bend one direction and then bend back and maintain their shape, you could have a "Split-Shot" Fiz. It would make it a lot easier to put it in those hard to reach places. he he ------------------ Happy Hookin' -Jeff

On of the most effetive ways for hybrids is sassy shad, but do it by drifting and working the bait back to you slowly, up and down, kinda like worm fishing texas style, caught way too many fish that way when a guide named Billy Seaman showed it to me, but there is a definite art to it. Not sure how you would get one on a sassy shad, but I may just try it..! Where can you get it in Fort Worth? ------------------ bradbury@texasfishingforum.com
