It's been a crazy fall and winter here around Shreveport LA. More water up north and west than I can remember. What happens at Texoma to the Red River pool 5, Lake O' the Pines, The Sabine to Toledo Bend etc affects Caddo and Cross lake.

Our water levels have been close to (if not over at times) flood stage.

My question is: Has anyone been catching fish in these conditions?
