Would anyone be interested in a weeknight sand bass tournament on Lake Benbrook? If so, post the day of the week you would be interested in as well as the format you would like: entry fee, # of fish to be weighed in, start time and end time, ETC.

Hardline...I think if you followed the rules that the crappie tournaments go by for how many fish and set it up like that that you would have a good start.

I would be more interested in meeting others that fish the lake, so I would be interested in a low entry fee and an end time that would make it feel like we had time to stand around and talk some.

I am in ! Just make it the 2nd or 4th weekend of the month. How many per boat ? Woud it be more like a striper tourney where you can have more than 2 ? Either way count me in. I say an overnighter would be cool too!

Count on me,would enjoy it,also the suggestions make sense. The only thing I would add is make it comply with state regs.(10 inches and 25). Time for contest could be what is best to get the most fishermen(and ladies) involved

I am in, i like fuzzy's idea have a meeting let some people meet each other. i am only 20 and don't know very many people who fish benbrook so i would be intrested in meeting some people first. i think that the tourny is a good idea keep me posted.

I like Wednesday's, just for the record. I guide on Tuesdays and Thursday on Joe Poolage during daylight savings time.

I can't seem to buy a sandbass on Benbrook right now! I guess I'll have to have Fuzzy show me how it's done. I hear he's giving lessons these days!

T-Gil...my catch numbers and confidence are down right now...been struggling myself. I started targeting the hybrids and they do not want to play either.

Eddie...I checked back over my last 3 weeks of fishing Benbrook and I am sorry to report that I have struggled to even catch a one man limit...now 4 weeks ago we spanked them good
