any idea how i can get my kids on some whites at choke? we are going down there for spring break next week. Any help would be sooooooooo appreciated.

I don't know about the Frio but if you go a couple of miles past Choke to George West, they have been biting in the Neuse. Launch at the 59 Bridge and go to the right a mile or so trolling rattletraps. 1/2 oz Gold with back or silver with black back. Once you catch a couple, stop and cast out. Hope this helps.
