Ok I'm watching pit masters what is the diff in the 2 types of brisket. They said the the wagon(I think) is about 30.00 more. Help!!!!!!!!

its Wagyu beef.....its high end beef ..no hormones....strict diet ...there is tons of info online....

I can't imagine it being any better than any other cryovac packed brisket if you know what your doing with it.
Speaking of briskets, Kroger has them on sale for .99 a pound for the next three days.

I bought 2 of the Kroger briskets today. Cranking up the smoker in a few hours.
