I think you just need the receipt and mail it straight to Abu Garcia. Doesn't matter where you buy it, as long as it is a retail outlet (not Ebay) and you get a receipt.

I've got the 2009 Abu Garcia REVO Premier new in the box for sale at $160 plus $9.95 shipping. This reel normally sells for $259. I have several if interested.

I only have the REVO Premier which is their top of the line model. The Premier sells for about $60 more than the STX model and is much lighter. Let me know if you are interested.
