We had BBQ Chicken breasts , Beef Ribs along with Beer Brats as we smoked them all on Pecan wood today !
It was served with bacon baked beans & potato salad & was yummy

Good feed! We had Smoked Deer Shoulders, and Wild Pig- Steaks. Potatoe Salad, fried RedCabbage and Sangeria! Wish I could post pics, but it was great!

How long did you cook the chicken and brats for?

After 1 1/2 on the smoker at 250-275 we then wrap them all up in foil, and set them in the back for another 4 hrs at 200-225
