Curious if you regulars will be on the lake this weekend. The posts have been far and few between.

At 8am Sat wind is light , rain is spotty, so I plan to go out about 11 in rain gear and try Saint Annes Point, Pole Dance Point and Pitts Point. Will be in black Polarkraft alum bass boat. Will look for you. Dennis

well I went out at 9:00AM trolling motor malfunctioned so I decided to try the anchor technique made famous by Dennis off of St. Anne's. Caught two sandies on the Mepps. All I had was a #5 silver but it was more productive than my slab attempt.
After successfully losing my anchor and rope. Yes that's what I said I ran around and drift fished with no productivity. I did see Chuck out on the water with a group and also Kerry heading out while I was heading in.

I wondered who that was on the pontoon. The regulars were out and about. I didnt see a bunch of fish caught except the ones fastguy caught. I think we ended our trip with 22-24 sandies, 1 hybrid, 4-5 crappie. It was a tough day to say the least. ive caught less but I wont admit it much.

Ouch! That's some bad luck....I was looking for you...got on water about 10:15 and saw Chuck, Karry, Paul and Xpress and others I didn't know.

good to meet you today Dennis. My father and I didn't do much of anything today as far as catching fish goes.

Trolling motor =bad luck
Anchor situation =not paying attention.

It was a fishing day, not a catching day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
