The Texas Striper Association Lake Brideport hybrid striper tournament and fish fry is July 17, at Wise County Park. Registratiion is 5:00 to 6:00 am with tournament hours 6:00 am to 1:00 pm with fish fry following. Entry is $40 per boat with optional $10 big fish pot. I hear that there could be snapper,ling, and redfish at the fish fry.  Fresh!!!!!

That is possible. I'v been in the garage tonight getting the salty tackle ready to go. I will be fishing Port A Sunday - Wednesday prior to Bridgeport.

axman9 and I meet at a local cold drink establishment tonight to discuss plans for the tournament. If anyone needs lake, fishing, or fish fry info please let me know. This is a family event so please plan to come and have fun,

I had two calls today from boats who are going to attend.Looks like a a turnout for sure.

The TSA website has the rules showing a $80 entry per team and hours from 6:00-3:00. I am working to get this corrected. The entry is $40 per team and hours are 6:00am - 1:00pm with fish fry following. This is not a NSBA event. Sorry for any confussion.

A question was asked about camping at Wise County Park. They do have the normal type camp site with covered picnic tables, a limited about of full RV, and a limited about with electricity.

TSA points will be given. Being it stops at 1:00 with the fish fry and it is the only non-NSBA event it is called a fun day this year.
