what is the best knot for briad with flipping,piching what size braid line

It depends how heavy what you're throwing is and how nasty the cover you're throwing too.

I flip mostly fairly heavy stuff into nasty cover. For that I use at least 65 lb braid. I like the San Diego Jam knot for this -- never had a knot fail.

Is the SD Jam knot good for mono as well?

Can't say because I never use mono anymore, but I imagine it would. It's easy to tie and doesn't slip on braid or fluro.

Rapala knot. wrap it 8 times, then through the loop and back through the top loop. pull tight and trim. never had one slip or fail!

double palomar. always on braid.

unless im flipping matted grass then i tie a snell knot for better hook sets.

I agree with the palomar.

just tie the old palamar with one or two overhand knots on top with a nice 1/4-5/16 of tag end
