fished around island for bass but where for crappie?

my daughter and I fished in the timber near the dairy hill ramp sat. and caught 13. We were using minnows and jigs in 13 to 15 ft. of water

If you go into the large creek west of the island, they should be spawning in there right now. Also, a cove directly north of the island has been good to me in the past. But, I haven't fished there in about 2 years.

try north of 1534 bridge but be careful very stumpy were hittin that creek fri nite off 22 on country road 2415 I heard peoria station closed. Where can i get minnows ?
