Is it just me or has anyone else got the impression that bass anglers as a group are nearly impossible to please? I remember when this show was in Mesquite and the toilets ran over into the hallways. The parking sucked and the show facilities in general were in major disrepair.

I have no idea what it costs to rent the Arlington Convention Center but I'd imagine it's a huge amount of money. They've already eliminated the parking charges over all the bixtching from last year. Now guys don't want to pay to enter...how exactly is the promotor supposed to pay to rent the hall if everything is supposed to be free?

And guys, this isn't the Texas Bass Fishing Expo or something, it's the Texas Fishing, Hunting and Outdoors Show. Look around the forum...just as the bass fishing page isn't the only part of the forum, bass fishing isn't the only thing this show is aimed at. And the TFF has a sister page called the Texas Hunting Forum that's just as big. Imagine those guys bashing the show since bass fishing is so well represented and deer hunting isn't.

I wasn't replying to you. My comments were actually aimed at the poster right before you and the other bashers I've read on other posts regarding the show. I hit the reply button of the last post on the page (yours) before I even read your comments.

Maybe you should go back to ignoring my comments. You sure seem to get your panties in a wad over them.

I have always thought paying money to get a chance to see/buy someones product was an interesting concept but if people will pay..... Wonderful thing about being blessed with living in America is I can offer for sale whatever I want through free enterprise and as a consumer I can pass on buying or attending anything I dont want to.You two PM each other your dirty laundry!

ill be there on saturday fo sho. with my bro. who cares if u have to pay cuz its really the only show i care to go to.

Went today and wasnt very impresed if it was not for the black angel jigs and brass and blades i would have paid $10 to look at the same old stuff!! it would have been like walking in to bass pro and them saying $10 if you want to walk around.

Ill pay the ten bucks and be happy, then iam heading to dallas safariclub expo and pay 20 to look at african hunts ill never go on. And ill be happy there to. Its to cold to fish, so just being warm dreaming about stuff is worth 30 bucks IMO.

I am going to try and get out there Saturday morning as well. What's 10 bucks. Tournament cancelled this weekend, so I ahead about 100 in gas for this week.
