Super easy

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
celery
onion
2 cans chicken
~1 qt water
2 cans biscuits
2T butter

dice about 1/2 C of onion and some celery and saute it in a large stock pot in the butter.

When the onions get translucent and the crunch is out of hte celery, add the soup, water, and chicken and bring it to a boil.

Open the canned biscuits and divide each one in to 4 pcs. Drop the biscuit pieces into the boiling mixture until all are in. Add a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Eat.

You can substitute strips of flour tortillas for the biscuits if you want to. Both make a fairly good dumpling.

DAYYYYYYY-YUMMMMMMMM Greg!! That is the best sounding COLD WEATHER recipe I have heard in awhile! Sounds like it would "stick to your ribs" during all this cold weather!

Gonna try this tomorrow!! thumb cheers

Boy, the last time I drank scotch I fell in a wood pile and broke a rib, then passed out for an hour in 35 degree temp's...never again!

I imagine a roasted and deboned chicken from the grocery deli would taste better than canned chicken.

Had a batch with a roasted chicken from HEB this past weekend. It was darn good.

Chicken, chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken, celery, carrot, anb biscuits. Season to taste.

Canned, cooked yourself, store bought cooked, it doesn't matter. Just as long as you've got some chicken to put in it that isn't raw. I was just righting the absolute easiest way.
