I have a 6'-6" 10-17 lb. It is giving me everything that a rod costing much, much more would. I paid $39.99 for it and it is worth every cent. I never have and never will understand spending the hundreds of dollars some rods cost these days.

Hmm... exactly what is a lipless cb rod, what is it's action, etc.?

I got one as a backup but i have been using it more than my others lately. Mine is 7ft and i am using 30lb braid. Works good with the 3/4 oz trap baits.

Mine is 7-foot too. I tried it today and I can't say anything bad about it. Just didn't catch anything on a trap. I tried both 1/2 oz Rat-l-traps and a 3/4-oz one knocker Xcalibur with it. Seems to be a pretty good rod for the price.

It doesn't say on the rod. I would say it is medium heavy with a moderate fast tip.

Caught several fish on this rod with a trap since I bought it. Have not lost one on it yet. Seems like a good rod for $39.99. I use it for the 1/2-oz traps.

i bought a couple H20 rods last yr but took them both back. I had problems with the last inch of the cork handle splitting and comming off. I cant rembember for sure, but it seems like there was a seam close to the butt end and that is where it would start coming apart. I liked the rod and didnt even notice it until a buddy pointed it out. if you have one, its worth watching. has anyone else had this problem?
