Nice fish guys. I was out there today as well in my old Starcraft. You aren't kidding, the wind and waves picked up nicely in the afternoon. Grapevine's been killin me lately. My son and I have been skunked with shad, so we've been using the frozen ones that I caught in the fall. They aren't producing and/or I'm not in the right area. We usually drift up in NW area by Marshall Park and off the Meadowmere dropoffs. I may try going a little deeper in the SE areas next weekend. I'll buy some shrimp as well and throw a couple along with the shad- who knows? Have fun out there

I got shad skunked last time I was out, I literally only caught 2 small thread fins.... only caught one channel up north.

Next time I go out Ill try my luck down by the damn.
