Scott killer pics.......pic 3 would make an awesome pic to blow up & hang up in the living room....for the nights when your stuck at home and wanna go.......just crack open a cold one and stare at the pic waiting for that light & sound.......!!! ok i talked myself into it...lol

Holly Street power plant is officially out of service with no plans for it to come back as an on demand facility. I'm thinking condos in about 2 yrs.

The site cleanup of toxics would probably be cost prohibitive for private development.

Austin Energy has always said that after deconstruction, the land would end up with the parks dept. I'll be watching for a new tax rate on my property taxes to defray the deconstruction cost. After we pay for it, I don't think the land will stay in the public's domain for long. I really think it will eventually fall into private ownership. I hope I'm wrong. hmmm
