Sorry, I have been trying to search for this information because I know it has been on here 100 times. I cannot find the info.
Who is the lady that has handled so many of the Lowrance customer service issues? I remember many mentions of a lady over there that is really nice and gets things done.

I had seen on another site where they were asking for prayers for her. I think a family member was either sick or had passed away. I believe is what it was, so she might not be in for a few days.
