I also made my own, simply because I didn't like what was available when I began spider-rigging.
If I was purchasing now, it would be between Hi-Tek and Bee Ready's.

Bee ready are good holders. I've owned four sets. You can't go wrong with 'em. Ive also had a complete set of Perotti built holders and a bunch of home made stuff using Driftmaster over the years. The Bee ready required you to remove the Rod to adjust the setting. This may take several trys removing, then replacing the rod to get it set. The loop was a little small for side pulling if you plan to pull crankbaits or longline jigs. Mine didn't work as well as the Hitek do. The Hitek adjust from the bottom. One Bolt that adjusts everything. Just leave the rod in place, loosen the bolt, turn, raise, lower, then tighten. I have six sets now and I still believe they are the best all around IMHO. http://www.hitekstuff.com/

I really like that double up-right bar set-up. Looks very solid.
