I fished Lavon today and lost a big one.
It was on its way to the boat and it shook off the hook. I only saw the side but the water was really disturbed when it got off. frown
I'll get her later. Other than that nothing else.

Ran into a TFF'er (fish control?) on the water who obviously knew what he was doing. He asked if we has a scale and pulled out 2 hogs. I think one was a high 6 and a 5(if I am not mistaken). They looked heavier, so my scale may have been off.

From experience on Lavon, If you catch a big one, throw back and continue fishing. The big one seem to turn on at the same time.

Tim have you gotten the new boat

Politicians, baseball players, high-powered corporate CEO's they all seem to eventually let us down. Nature, however, does not. Look to her for inspiration and you will learn the secrets to living a good life. The most Important lesson it would seem is to make sure you spend as much time fishing as anything else.

Very nice!

Any way I could talk you into taking me out on Lavon sometime? It's my home lake and I'm trying but struggling terribly.

I probably know the answer, but hey, worth asking!
