In 2007, I was fishing 2-3 days a week
In 2008, maybe once every two weeks
last year, I can count on one hand
This year is gonna be different, Gus
Last year I had 2 jobs and full time school
Now I only have a full time night job and 2 internet classes left

My goal is to get out and fish more. I bet I fished less than 10 times in 2009.

1. win aoy in my club again
2. catch a 10+ bass
3. learn to fish deeper than 12ft.
4. learn to pattern fish better
5. at least one 20+lb. stringer

I want to be more consistent and confident. I want to work on locating fish better. I want to develop a great team relationship with my new partner. I want to seriously compete for AOY in my club. I want to cash a good check or two this year. (Maybe get a win?) I want to better my current tournament best fish of 5.55. I want to help make RHBC the best club an angler can belong to. I want to keep making more friends through our sport like I have the last couple of years.

Go fishing more often. Don't fall out of the boat. Make improvements to the trailer so I don't have to push it off and pull it back on the trailer. Keep my feet dry.

Anything I do this year will be better than last year! Now that my boat is no longer broken, I may actually get to fish this year. I think I will be almost content just to get back out on the water and back into the tournaments. I really hope to compete strongly in Bass Champs and get out of my slump!
