I was wondering if anyone could point me to any links or post any pdf's to show me how to start off making jigs for crappie fishing. Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!

From Time to Time there are jig tying seminars that Ernest puts on. Got a feeling Matt C. might be able to shed some light on this too.

sac-a-lait, where are you located?

The best thing to do is Catfishsalsa eluded to is to get someone to show you.
You can get the basic information from instructional videos such as those sold at BPS, but the absolute best way to learn is to get someone to show you.

And there are few better than Matthew Carroll. I'm sure he'll be along shortly. wink

Jeff, I live in Carrollton, Texas. I usually go fishing at Lake Lewisville. Thanks for your suggestions.

MAtthew is very good. He taught me how to over the phone. It is very simple once you get the basic idea. God bless
