I have not been to Georgetown for crappie fishing since November. When we go we would go to the back into the creek were the trees and stumps start, tie off at the start of the tree lines and fish. I am no expert at this and that is the only spot I have ever fished on Georgetown, I would think that we would do alright, then I started lurking around here and saw that other guys were doing "alright" and catching 20 when my "alright" was 5 small fish. I have two questions for those that have been out there recently.
How shallow is the creek back there? & if it is deep enough back there, are the fish back there yet? if not I would like to try some other places on the lake, I gotta learn to branch out at some time.
