Planning on spending a couple days at Fork Xmas weekend. Who has the best room at the best rates? Don't need anything fancy just a place for me and my boy to lay our heads.

Thanks Dean

Cheney Point has bunk houses. Decent price with 2 ramps. Good people.

Lake Fork Marina is great, and you never see people walking around that do not belong. I camp there allot, and they have a great record of no theft from my understanding.

Lake fork marina is a fantastic place with great accomadations however you may also want to take a look at the Burning Stump. It too has great rooms and it has covered parking for your boat right in front of your room. Both are top notch facilities.

Lake Fork Marina is the place! you can have simple accomodations or you can have luxury accomodations. Also has a place to eat. I dont think you can beat LFM they are definately top notch in my book, and because they are such a great place to stay they usually book up solid well in advance.

If you find them booked up, try Lake Fork Resort, just down the road, rooms have a great view of the lake and they have a diner at the store that has a decent breakfast menu.

Both have electric for chargers etc, a long row of boats backed up to the doorway.

Speaking of that im Hungry, time to find a IHOP
