Tournament Hours: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Entry Fee: 150.00/Team
Launch: public ramp by the dam/pavilion
Pay Back: 100%, places paid depends on number of entries(1,2 or 3 most likely)
Scales have been provided, etc.
Trailer after checking in if you like.

This is "Fruit Jar" type tournament that some of the fishermen are putting together to replace the canceled Bass n Bucks tournament that everyone was planning on fishing anyway. Come join us if you like.

10 - 12 teams have indicated they will be there so far. All entries will be paid back. Example with 15 teams is 1000.00 to 1st and 500.00 to 2nd. More places if more teams snow up.

The day is supposed to end up nice and sunny after an extremely cold morning. Trailer after checking in if you like.


We will get started a little late if needed.

Any question can be pm'd or posted.

Do we have to wait around after the tournament cause there might be some trash talking going. I have to admit I'm pretty excited about this.

Come on Guy's I know you dont get much ice/snow down there but the world isn't going to end.

Sounds like their entry was a;little low so they backed out this is a bad deal for the guys who pre fish and work @ trying to fish for a little extra $$$. i think I won't be fishing with then in the spring. How many teams are planning on fishing tomorrow. I have about a 3 hour drive down and would love to fish.

I'll be donating...again.

I talked to BassnBucks and they said it was just a saftey issue with the people travling to the lake during the early morning and they felt it would be best to cancle rather than someone get in trouble on the roadway. We would still like to fish just let us know and we will be there.

What's the deal with the trailering and the start time for the tournament? Can we launch and goto our spot or do we have to wait until a certain time to leave the ramp?

I don't know about the other tourn that is canceled, but the first annual icebowl tourn is ON.

Meet at the public ramp by the dam as early before the tournament as you can to help get things going. The tourn hours are 8 - 3. Everyone meet there first to pay, talk, and generally freeze for a little bit.....say around 7-7:15. We will help get launched, etc.

You can trailer around the lake after that. Fish 8 - whenever but be back at the ramp by 3:00 PM. That is be back at the pavilion/public ramp area by 3.

I don't know what to tell you guys from 3 hours away....love to have ya but you will have to decide if you want to drive down here. There could be 5 or 20 teams when you get here.

There is 6 or 8 that I know personally that will fish and a few more that say they will be here and a couple more maybes. There could be a several more that decide to fish. A bunch of guys are aware of the tournament.

On another note........
The Todd claims he will get a "1st Annual Icebowl" tatoo if more than 25 teams ball up and show.
