To me it looks more like east/north side of Mopac bridge, but I don't know if there is a walkway on the bridge.

Scott, it still looks to me that he's on the point just east of where Mopac (Texas 1) crosses the lake, on the north side of the lake. It appears there is a creek that enters the lake just southeast from him.
It could be the 1st Street Bridge swim, but I don't see all of the trees in the video.

looks to me like the foot bridge on the down stream side where they play water polo...infact almost positive thats where it is...and pretty sure its one/both of the bates's's the

they are both blondes. Stephen is shorter while Michael is tall. I didn't hear any accents in the video either towards the end. Could be but I am more inclined that it is someone under the radar
