what division have you been fishing?

I fished the East Texas division with occasional trips down to Rayburn to fish the SouthEast.

i am fishing the east texas division next year and a couple of my buddies are too, did you go to Arkansas this year and if so how did you do

I didn't make Arkansas this year. I finished 3rd this year in AOY points on the Co-angler side.

are you going to do it again in 2010?

Yes I am going to fish it again. I just don't know if I am going to do it as a boater or a non-boater yet.

The same tournament crew runs both divisions and they do a great job. Porter Trimble is the tournament director and is as fair and a good guy as they come.

did i read the rules right? the top 40 in points go to Regionals?

That is correct.

id like to fish it again if I can find some sponsors to help assist with the expenses!

Entries are very reasonable.

Big part about us Jimmy is we live on the other side of the world from the lakes. Travel and time get expensive in a hurry.
That's whats keeping me right now from deciding if I want to step up to the boater side or keep fishing the co-angler side.

the entry fees are only 200 bucks and the gas it takes to get there, i fished the flw bfls the last two years and the closest one to where i was living at that time was 180 miles away, and i some how scraped the money together while living on a burger joint income, i am not trying to attack you either

i just dont think sponsor money should be a big deal on an entry level trail

Paybacks are great as well, and if your lucky/good enough to make it to Nationals then it can pay like a slot machine.
