Got up this morning around 4 a.m. traveled all the way to the ol mighty ceder creek , to meet what i think is probably one of the smartest and most talented guides i have heard of , and he showed why today, Chuck Rollins took me and my wife out on a full day trip and man o man.. it was the best fishing day i have ever had in my life .. never caught so many fish, we started out slow , probably due to the weather that the area received , but still managed to boat about 20 in the morning, which Chuck said was some tough fishing, which i believe, went to lunch , came back and hit the lake hard we caught the most of our fish in the evening part we prolly caught about 60 crappie a few cats ,hybrid and about 12 sandies , Got my biggest fish yet which was around 2 pounds ,, and must i say just starting crappie fishing and seeing the fish i caught the thing looked huge but chuck assured me it was only about 2 pounds so now i got a goal to catch one bigger i wanna see what a 3 lber looks like. But besides all of that my wife never caught a crappie in her life, smoked me , which i thought was pretty cool my self haha... all i can say really is that "Chuck"... my friends did a really good job and i will be on the boat with him this summer. YOU CAN BET THAT! O yeah not to mention the wind today it was crazy and made it really hard to do much of anything while trying to catch a few creppie, But we did it , Great Job Chuck!

It was a pleasure having you guys aboard. We had a fun day catching fish and telling stories. We had a great lunch over at Dons Port followed by more fishing. We caught crappie on brush piles and we also did some trolling. We trolled jigs in 6-13ft of water and caught about half of our fish. Thats where we caught the biggest fish all day. Brian caught a beautiful 2 pounder and we caught lots of really nice males and females. Here is a picture of the damage done at the end of the day. Oh yea the wind was howling most of the day. It made it very difficult to fish. It was a great day though!
