Thank you guys for all your help. I am looking into all the custom rods you suggested. I have always had the Falcon Caras and now the T7s. The are great rods but I have problems with the eyes, the inserts falls out and sometimes I get a little carried away with my self hooking a fish and the eyes on the rods laying on the deck get bent. The eyes on the Loomis were very attractive to me. I always thought Falcons were amazing until I used a buddy's GLoomis. It makes my Falcon feel like an ugly stick!!! The sensitivity was amazing. Even the Loomis flipping stick was amazing. You can feel the bait hit each branch on the way down. Also when times get tough I am ashamed to say but I pull out the old spinning rod! I recently purchased a Falcon Expert spinning rod and I am very dissapointed. I wish I could have my money back, it comes nowhere close to comparing to the kistler or loomis spinning rods. The reason I posted was to get some advice and also find some custom rods that are equal or better than the Loomis, Kistlers etc. For the most part I want the cork handle which rules out the Kistlers and PowerTackle rods and I feel more comfortable with the longer handle on certain rods which some companies dont offer. You guys are great and gave me some great info. Thank you.

Why limit yourself by choosing only one brand. Buy the rod that best fits the application for you.

No reason to get anything but a GLX. You liked it, didn't you? I would never get a custom rod. I want to pick up the rod before I buy it.

Just give me my Fenwick Lunker Sticks and Skyline Graphite and you can have ALL of those new-fangled Johnnie-Come Latelys!

I build rods and as far as blanks I would say my favorite is hands down G. Loomis GLX.
