Sorry John ( JAW on the forum) - I know you were late for thanksgiving dinner. John's family was out of town so a friend invited him over for dinner @ 12:30. We did not get off the lake til 11:30 so I know he did not make it on time. Hope they weren't too upset - hard to leave them when they are biting. We kept a few for a picture, then threw them all back except for @ 8 or 10 - John wanted a few for the freezer. We got on the lake early - an "icey" 7 AM. Had to scrape the ice off - Brrrrrr! just a bit chilly at first - good thing we had cover-alls - but it warmed up quickly once the sun got up. All caught on jigs - had to hold it still - didn't want much movement today. Here are a couple of pics -

Nice haul robert and jaw! Once again, i see a lot of black crappie in the mix, and i see some real dandies in there!

Papa Peck is the Crappie Daddy! Thanks for a great time, I made it okay to dinner, no problem. I pretty much lost my appetite since I ate so much crow and got outfished by you today. Maybe we can do it again real soon. My boat next time so I could possibly, not likely, even the playing field just a little.
