looking to buy minnows for some crappie at my hole,... wouldnt be able to get out til alittle bit later... would anyone know where they would sell minnows? late? around lake lavon?

There is only three places that come to mind.
1. Marcos Bait off of Zion and 30 by Hubbard but they close late in the evening. I know if the fishing is good they will stay open if the business is there
2. I think it's am pm mini market off of Bass Pro and 30. Can't remember the name of the place but it before Bass Pro on the service road. They sell Live bait in there.
3. Its either a Exxon or Mobil Gas station in Rowlett on Chesa and Hwy 66.

I know these are not next to Lavon But the last two are open 24 hrs if I remember correct.Hope this helps you Out

I think there is a little store on Hwy 5 in McKinney has bait, enchiladas and beverages.... not sure on the hours though

All wal-marts carry them if they have a fishing dept.
