GJ Toombs and I fished lake fork today under the old faithful 154 bridge in 42 feet of water using minnows. We brought home 20 nice slabs and threw back about that many that were 9 1/2 inches and it hurt to throw them back but oh well. It was pretty crowded out there today and there were boats under that bridge for as far as the eye could see. Jerry I had a blast, lets go and get them again soon... GREAT PICS !!!!!!! Wish I had been there. BTW what type of camera,model did you take these pics with? They come thru VERY clear and sharp.

Man those are some nice looking rascals...and I'm talking about the fish!! Glad to see that you guys did sooo..good. I guess I'll have to make it up there sometime. I've only seen Fork 2 times in my life, and the last time was over 5 years ago. With you guys catching all these crappie I'm going to have to make my way up there soon. Cuz I sure won't be going to catch any of those green lipped sucker mouth fish.

I WAS THERE TODAY BASS FISHING, BUT I GUESS I WAS FISHING FOR THE WRONG THING. NICE LITTLE MESS OF FISH THERE GUYS.

Postal I have an Olympus D-550 digital camera that takes 3 megapixal pictures.

First time Crappie fishing, I found out pretty quick what all the excitement is about. Now, thanks to James, I will do this more often. This is sooooo relaxing, compared to chasing stripers or catching a boat load of those catfish...he he he.

Hope that was some good eating, I'm staking claim on the next batch on the next batch of slabs.

Jerry, those slabs tasted good and it is good to finally have some fish in the freezer. I will bring your 8 X 10 picture of you by your house this evening so you can have your very own crappie picture..
