I'll take 10 4 lb'ers. I would feel like I figured it out that way.

10 bass all under 4lbs would do the trick. One over 10 would seal that deal.

Im still looking for that dang genie. I have seen him a couple of times in the past, but here lately he has not been around. And that has left me with no fish the last three outings.

However, i would rather have the ten fish than the one huge one.

Heck, with the luck I've had lately any one of the three would be good enough for me.

Most of the anglers I have asked that question to say numbers over size. I would rather have the one big fish. Mainly because I remember those big fish more as the years go by than the number days. My personal best bass is just over 7lbs. But hoping to beat that big Iowa bass a few times in the coming months. It is what keeps me going on those slow days as I learn my way around the area lakes.

Say you are headed out for a 10 hour day on your favorite lake for a fun bass fishing outing (no tournment, no pre-fishing, you are just going fishing for the day). On the way to the lake, a fishing genie appears in your truck and grants you one of 3 options for your trip. The genie will either guarantee you a single bass over 8lbs, 10 bass all under 4lbs or 25 bass all under 2 lbs, but you have to fish hard for the 10 hours or you will be cursed for your next 10 outings. banana Which would you choose?

Since that "genie" is giving me an "over 8 pound" option.....I am going to take it! With the stipulation of course that the "over 8 pounds" is 24.9 pounds!

That will put me ahead of George Perry by a comfortable margin and I can sell my fishing secrets and techiques to the highest bidder!

Heck!...I might even become a "Genie" myself!! grin

PS.....And if that Genie tried to renege on the deal, I would just say...."HEY! Genie you said over 8 pounds...you DIDN'T say HOW MUCH over 8 pounds!!"

(Genies are simple folk!)

breakdance
