I just picked some of these up on the way home today. Just couldn't help myself; a spook that I can throw back in the NASTY stuff banana. Anyone used them yet? Do they work? I figured it was worth $6.99 to find out thumb

New version of an older lure.

Phantom Phish Sticks.

They have their time and place, and can work really well.

They walk really well and float well too! The only thing that concerns me is Hook Ups! The Money Frog really does some kicking!

I got them the other day and fished them a bit.....I wasnt all that impressed with them. A few of the problems I had with them was they roll over really easy, the also dive when your walking the dog with them, also I didnt like how heavy they were...you could really zing them out a long ways but when they hit they hit hard and make a big splash which I think might spook fish at times. Im not ready to give up on them but I wasnt totally impressed with them.

The hard hit on the water won't bother me. Where I plan on using them I'll be skipping them under overhangs, but the diving while it's walking will be a hinderance. I wonder if putting a nail weight in the tail would help? I'll give it a try and let ya know how it goes.

Someone posted here a couple months ago that they were embarrassed to buy any because they look like bathtub toys! Too funny!

Well, tried them out today but probably didn't give them much of a chance. Tourney day is a bad time to be trying out new stuff, especially when it's as tough as it was today. I did put a small nail weight in the tail and it stayed on top real well but it does roll over if you walk it steady without any pauses. Only threw it for about 30 minutes and switched to other top waters. Didn't matter, the top water bite was virtually non existant for me this morning bang. Haven't made up my mind about this thing yet but it looks really good coming through the water. Will use it some more soon and give an update thumb

Reminded me of the old Phish Sticks already mentioned. For something weedless that will walk like crazy I use the Boze ZZ Walker. It's killer. http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/descpageHDTNATFRIEN-BZZZW.html
