I stopped in last night to see him and am going back today.
He had a brain aneurism and had surgery last week. He will probably be in the VA Hospital in Houston for another week to ten days. PM me for his room number if you would like to call or visit. He must be feeling a little better because he asked me to bring him a peperonni pizza when I go back to see him today.
Please continue to keep him in your prayers.

He actually has a computer in his room with a net connction. Everyone can drop him a get well soon note.

Prayers sent for him and his family. KingwoodCat, How do you send him an e-mail? I was going to tell him that he is just staying in that hospital to get free coffee and pizza.  Sounds like he's in good spirits.

Just to keep everyone updated....The Hillbilly is probably going to be in the VA Hospital in Houston for 1 to 1 1/2 months. He has therapy to do plus some dufus nurse decided to leave him alone while he was in a chair and he slipped out of it and broke his hip, so they are not sure whether they are going to have to do surgery on that as well......Keep him in your prayers and if anyone from the Houston area would like to drop in on him, PM me and I will give you his room# etc.
