Uncle Buck's Hot & Spicy from Bass Pro has some serious kick to it. Try frying up some pickles with that stuff!! Use it every time and it was great again last night. I use to use Louisiana Hot Sauce batter but Uncle Bucks is the best premade batter in think is out their and their on the box Beer Batter is awesome and easy.

Tonys! Lots of times, I noticed the fish cooking stuff will be on small cardboard display near the meat section.

Add some cayenne to the Zatarain's. If that's not hot enough, rub a little in your eyes. That ought to spice it up a bit..You'll forget all about the Zatarain's...

Also you might want to try soaking the fillets in Louisianna hot sauce for an hour or so. It gives the fillets a little kick and also removes some of the fishy taste.

Normally I put a little Tonys in the batter but I have just shook some on the filets fresh from the grease too.

I'm with the Pirate, Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic is as good as it gets. It's good on chicken, too.

I think some of you all are confusing the zataran's fish fry coating with the zataran's seasoning.

Zatarain's is good, but personally I like... Louisian Fish Fry http://www.louisianafishfry.com/shopping_additems.php?action=view_list&category=1They make several blends for frying, but I like to mix the Fish Fry with the Shrimp Fry for just about any kind of fish or seafood. About a 50/50 mix. Then you can add Tony's for that spicy taste. Just remember, with Tony's, you DON'T need to add salt or pepper.
