It's Guide Tutorial Instrument.
Guide ties jig to his line/rod. Next, guide ties clients line to jig. Guide casts. Instructs client to watch the line for movement or patiently await the oncoming thump of the Crappie. Client sets hook and reels in his floppin' filets!
