Kinda like the OT folks say....That newscast is worthless without a name! And the TPW guy I talked to in class said it is a Class A misdemeanor....Doesn't sound like they are doing much at all...It don't take two weeks to put together a case against someone. Stay tuned... Gary Collins is a Captain in TPWD, if this was piddly stuff, the responding Warden would handle it. A tissue sample sent to the lab in San Angelo will take 2 weeks at least to confirm what strain fish it is, if possibly from Fork. Dude have faith. I will be back. Besides the grand jury does'nt meet but once a month.He could either face felony or misdemeanor charges...just depends on what evidence and how the feel thier chances of a convistion are.
