Here's a brief description of the problem my friend is having...I'll update any info as I receive it...

Long story short;
Sold my 102C to a fellow, unit worked when i sent it out. Unit started messing up on him 1st day. power off/on flashing, dimming lights ect...(sounded like a typical issue with those units) I sent him my 510C as a replacement. This unit worked perfect when i took it off and shipped it.
He plugged into his harness, supposed to be the same and this happened;

He said he plugged it up and test screen came up and after a while he scrolled to the next screen and it said something about the power terminal....

I never saw a test screen come up while i had it. any suggestions, I'll have the 102C back tomorrow and can hook it up and see if he had a power problem with his connector. He also has my original power cord from the 102C i sold him. I think he is going to try and swap that out....
