I have never used a split grip rod and was wondering what is a good split grip rod for around 50 to 70 dollars, if there is one.
Thanks

I can build you a nice custom split grip rod for $175 or will trade for a shimano reel of equal value or two older Shimano reels.

lurebuddy on here can make one of your old rods split grip if you want to try that out first. Think it runs around $20. I have him do two of my Falcon rods last year and loved the way they turned out. He has a running post titled "split grip" in the classified section. Coach
