Anybody fish Tickey Creek yet? I had a friend that just slayed them there last 2 years. I haven't seen any reports yet. I may go this weekend if I can get over the idea of going to R-C.

Where is Tickey Creek? I live in Wylie and haven't heard of it yet. I'm getting tired of RC.
Thanks.

Take 3286 out of Lucas, go across both bridges to 982 then go North to Culleoka. Out of Culleoka take 3364 to Tickey Ck. Park.

Price Creek? Where is that? I just fished Indian Creek north of Lavon and the Crappie and Sandies are not up that creek yet. I would like to do some serious Crappie fishing but have no idea where they would be. I am a bank fisherman so I am somewhat limited. Does anybody have a place where I could take my boys. Crappieslayer where are you. You said you had a great spot for Barn Door Crappie. Have a heart and let me know would ya. seigrist@ednet10.net
I don't trust a catfisherman who doesn't have shad scales on his hands or his reels...period.

Caught around 20 this afternoon in 6"-3' on the north end of the lake. Find a ditch or a slew with cuckle burs or the black dead weeds. I was using Black/Blue jigs with Fiz tablets. Unless it rains it will bust loose this week. Jerry www.LakeLavonGuideService.com www.AdvantageMarineUSA.com

Man I must be doing something wrong. I fished tickey creek Saturday morning and didn't get anything. But I did call in a real nice Mallard that landed 25 - 30 yards from the boat. Those ducks must know when the season is over.
Using minos we fished along the banks where the weeds and brush were and followed it to a point. Then we went north past the bride and fished around trees and one spot out there where the depth went from 3 to 9 foot. We saw someone else fishing the bridge but they didn't do any good either.

Sharon, I was wading. I wade unless I have customers. I wade because I am without boat also! My new one came in today. I sold my old one last week. Its a good time to be between boats. Jerry www.AdvantageMarineUSA.com
