ugh... failing. Still dippin.
I only go thru a can every 3-4 days now, which is good for me.. but STILL. need to STOP.

I have been quit for 1 Month, 2 Weeks, 4 Days, 8 hours and 54 minutes (48 days). I have saved $191.16 by not smoking 822 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Days, 20 hours and 30 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 9/11/2009 00:01

Haven't used any tobacco since my quit date, but on the other hand I'm still using the Smokey Mountain herbal dip....

I keep rolling down my window when I'm driving to let the smoke
out! My tastebuds are coming back. My beloved Budweiser tastes like
acorns to me now. Good luck to everyone. We all know what a waste of money nicotine is...

Welp... I slipped up... I am in agonizing low back and left leg (sciatic nerve) pains and a complete mess right now... I slipped up tuesday just trying to get thru the day... Tried to go today without buying a can and I couldn't... Pain just unbearable... Have an MRI today and MD visit tuesday... Think I am headed to surgery... enough is enough... No excuse for the dipping tho...

Working on 5 months. Cravings are fewer and far between. Not one cig in all this time.
