Hey i was heading down to port a in mid november for a weekend  and was wondering if anyone knew any new good fishing spots other than the common ones. Been fishin the same places  and wanna try somewhere new. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Charlies Pasture, The Jetty, Horace Caldwell Pier should all be good places. I think there is also access to the Shamrock off the North side of Mustang Island also. Other than that I don't know what "Your" common places are.

ive been to caldwall pier and the jetty. But never to charlies pasture. Where abouts is that?

As you cross the Ferry from Aransas Pass into Port-A there is a Valero on your right at the traffic light. Turn Right at that light then the FIRST Right and follow it to the pier. That is Charlies Pasture.
