What makes reaction strikes soo good in the Fall/Winter pattern??? I was throwing a crank bait the other day near drop offs and shallow to deep water exchanges and was having alot of success. I just don't know why I was having that success though it did'nt make sense to me because I figured the fish should have been movin slower wanting a T-rig or a C-rig not a CB being burned through grass and bumped off of rocks. I had nearly thrown my arm off with that T-rig even a slow rolled spinnerbait didn't fit the bill. Anyone have the answer to this? The water was in the low 60's high 50's.

Those water temps are't nearly cold enough to slow the bite down. Low 50's and below might put a hurtin' on the fast moving baits though. It's still fall feeding frenzy time!
