I used to fish out at Silverlake alot. Fished starting at 8pm until anywhere from 2am to 6am, used dough bait, shad, shrimp even hot dogs and cheese squares. Caught alot just dropping behind the party barge there, especially when the water wass lower. Used to catch alot there in the late winter until recently. Haven't really been going there as much now, last 2 times had been a bust.

My buddy took his boat past Cottonwood Marina to the old bridge and limited out on blues. This was on Tuesday.

Fishing was great in 07 when the water was high although I think it was in the summer snd the water temp was higher. We fished the mouths of the creeks and caught alot of med size channels and 5-15 pound blues on frozen shad and DK.
I don't know how much the water temp and daylite hours will effect the fishing, but we will find out on Saturday. fish

We were fishing on LL.
