Tired of loosing your Crappie Nibbles before you have a chance to catch a Crappie. Check this out!! Found a new plastic injector that works fantastic for both bass, crappie and other fish, including saltwater. It is called "The Bait Pump" and you can either use Berkley's Crappie Nibbles or even make your own injectable bait in a food processor. Place in "The Bait Pump" and inject into your plastics. Fish will hold onto the bait longer allowing for a good hookset. Read about "The Bait Pump" at either of the following web sites: http://www.thebaitpump.net or http://www.baitpump.net If you order, tell em I sent ya! They take orders and payment through PayPal. Easy way to do business on the web and secure also.

I'll stick with the plain ol' jigs, thanks.

Catcher, calm down buddy. This is a discussion forum. If anyone thought the product was worth the effort to inject the plastics, then someone would speak up. The people pushing this product could use it a constructive criticism, or as bad mouthing. It doesn't matter to me, but this is a forum, not a catalog. The thing is, crappie are like perch. Easy to catch with a plain old jig or minnow. I just don't need to trick up the lure to catch crappie.
Remember, I am not saying it doesn't work. Actually I am sure it does, and possibly better than jigs. The limit is only 25. How many more fish do I need to keep?
Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity. Patton

I won't even use the nibbles, much less an injector......I get lotsa bites on em but who cares about bream and goggle-eye. I'll try them again this winter, but in the summer I think its a waste. My 2 cents.

You're right, why waste my time and energy. Here in Louisiana, perch and crappie are the same thing. Our limit is 50 a day. I like every edge I can get on boating the beauties we have here. Therefore I will edit my posts and keep my opinions and information for the ones who appreciate it. I refuse to participate in a forum where fighting, arguing and slashing are the highlights. Anytime anyone has new ideas or information, it's automatically assumed to be advertising. (unless you're an old member, then its just fine) My idea of a forum is to share information and tips and brag on good catches. Not having to defend your opinion constantly. Goodbye and I hope you're nicer to people on the lakes.

Hey catcher I never say any arguing on the injector. I just say people post what they thought about it. I do not know about Louisiana but here in Texas we let you know what we think about it. I encourage you to keep coming to this forum. There is alot to learn, and this is the place to learn it. ------------------ David

Dang, sorry if I started something that turned out to be a problem. I just thought those that would like to know about a new product that I found to be helpful would enjoy reading about it. I enjoy coming by here every week or so and reading the comments by others. I use to live in Texas and did a lot of fishing all over North Texas but now mostly on Toledo Bend. Hope all get back on an even keel here and will quit having bad feelings. Remember "Fishing Promotes Friendship"!!! [This message has been edited by LA-Skeeter (edited 07-01-2003).]
